Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the role of Vice President – Global Digital Sales and Marketing. This position will drive Avesthagen’s global digital presence, develop innovative sales and marketing strategies and enhance engagement with key stakeholders, aligning with our mission to advance life sciences solutions worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies to strengthen Avesthagen’s global footprint.
- Lead campaigns that enhance brand visibility and position Avesthagen as a thought leader in genomics, precision medicine and nutraceuticals.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends in digital marketing to optimize customer outreach and engagement.
- Expand the business network and grow the client base to capture market share in India, as well as in the Rest of the World (ROW), Europe and the US.
- Drive revenue generation and ensure the achievement of company deliverables.
Media and Content Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-impact digital content for social media platforms, websites and campaigns.
- Manage public relations, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.
- Build compelling narratives to showcase Avesthagen’s achievements, innovations and industry leadership.
Analytics and Performance Optimization:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform decision-making and drive sales growth.
- Report on key performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build a strong team and cultivate future leaders.
Candidate Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications from IIM or other reputed institutions.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in digital sales and marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns and managing large-scale marketing operations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms and analytics software.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft impactful narratives.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving market trends.
